American Journal of Data Science and Analytics (AJDSA)

The American Journal of Data Science and Analytics (AJDSA) welcomes original, high-quality, and unpublished research contributions that advance knowledge in data science, analytics, artificial intelligence, and related interdisciplinary fields. The journal encourages submissions that demonstrate methodological rigor, analytical innovation, and real-world relevance across academic, industrial, and policy-oriented contexts.

To ensure a transparent, ethical, and efficient publication process, all authors are required to carefully follow the submission guidelines outlined below.

Manuscript Preparation

Language

·         All manuscripts must be written in English, using clear, precise, and scholarly language.

·         Authors whose first language is not English are strongly encouraged to use professional language-editing services prior to submission to ensure clarity and readability.

Formatting Requirements:

  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
  • Font Style: Century Gothic
  • Font Size: 11-point
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
  • Alignment: Justified
  • Page Numbers: Bottom-right corner on each page

Manuscripts that do not comply with these formatting requirements may be returned for correction prior to peer review.

Manuscript Structure:

The manuscript should follow this structure:

  1. Title Page (Title, Author(s), Affiliation, Corresponding Author Email)
  2. Abstract (150–250 words)
  3. Keywords (4–6 keywords)
  4. Introduction
  5. Literature Review
  6. Methodology
  7. Results / Findings
  8. Discussion
  9. Conclusion and Recommendations
  10. References (APA 7th edition style)
  11. Appendices (if applicable)

Figures and Tables:

  • Figures and tables should be embedded within the manuscript near their first citation.
  • Each figure and table must include a clear title, number, and caption.
  • Visuals must be high resolution and suitable for online publication.
  • Use editable formats where possible (e.g., Word tables, Excel-based charts).
